Seniors Invited to Select their Preferred Homesat The Brant Senior Living Before Grand Opening

The Brant Senior Living will welcome independent living residents at 6991 South 178^th Plaza in Omaha, Neb.

Before The Brant’s grand opening, all new residents and interested seniors are invited to stop by the property to select their preferred apartment home before move-in day. Team members will be at the community to meet with residents and their families, answer questions and provide tours of the community— including a beautiful model apartment.

The Brant Senior Living has been thoughtfully developed to provide residents with the very best in independent living, assisted living and memory care housing, services, and amenities. The community is home to a team of welcoming professionals and industry-leading caregivers who are specifically trained to create endless opportunities for all residents to live well.

The living spaces, resident services, programming and amenities have been selected to encourage seniors to enjoy retirement in a way that suits their individual preferences, needs and interests. In addition to the 74 independent living apartments opening soon, 44 assisted living and 20 memory care apartments will be ready to welcome residents shortly after. The Brant is a pet-friendly senior community with beautiful outdoor space for walks and an on-site pet spa.

The 138-home community is managed by Minneapolis-based Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior care and living management and consulting firm with extensive experience in oversight of the day-to-day operations of skilled nursing, continuing care retirement, assisted living, and independent living communities. The values-based organization provides management and oversight for 50 senior living and care communities in seven states, serving more than 2,700 residents and 2,300 team members.
